Pricing shown on our site or in proposals is an estimate until confirmed in a signed agreement. Any demonstration version (“Demo”) we provide is for evaluation. Demos and proposals remain our property until a project is paid for as set out in the applicable agreement.
The Hardhat Digital name, logo, site design, and content are our property. Our underlying tools, code frameworks, and dispatch system remain ours and are licensed to clients only as described in their service agreement. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer them.
Our site or services may reference third-party tools (such as hosting, payment, or scheduling providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
